Dubai Festival City Mall will install solar panels on the roofs of two of its stores, to generate up to 6.4 GWh of solar power.
The solar panels, which will be installed on the roofs of IKEA and Carrefour, will provide up to 30% of the electricity requirements of the stores.
The project will utilise the latest generation Panasonic PV panels.
