TLT has advised Blackfinch Investments Limited, a leading renewable energy investor, on the acquisition of a new solar farm project in North Wales.

The site, located near to Pwllheli on the Lleyn Peninsula in North West Wales, has the planning consent, grid connection offer and option for lease in place for a 6MW solar farm and was acquired through Blackfinch’s renewable energy investment entity, Sedgwick Trading.

Luminous Energy, an independent developer specialising in the planning and development of solar farms, is managing the development of the project.

The TLT team was led by corporate partner Antonia Silvestri, supported by Chartered Legal Executive Nick Rains and real estate partner Matthew Grimwood.
