This week, the Committee on Climate Change has warned the government that urgent action must be taken to prepare for the impact of climate change. A major recommendation is to extend funding for low-carbon electricity generation to 2025.
To support the Government with this, the accredited European Energy Centre (EEC) has increased its training provisions at the University of London, working with major universities and industry experts to upskill individuals from all backgrounds for the Solar Photovoltaic industry:http://www.euenergycentre.org/training/66-solar-photovoltaic-training
The intensive short courses and qualifications in Renewable Energy have been designed to allow busy professionals to participate, in order to achieve an internationally recognised Qualification. In line with Government objectives, the courses are open to everyone, with the next workshop in SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAICS taking place at the University of London on 23-24 July.
Those who require a place on the course can reserve one herehttp://www.euenergycentre.org/training/66-solar-photovoltaic-training , by emailing training@EUenergycentre.org or calling +44 (0)131 446 9479.
