SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Refill Energy, Inc., a Nevada corporation based in Salt Lake City, Utah, announced that it has completed the acquisition of International Green N-ergy Corporation (IGNC) of Salt Lake City, Utah. As a result of the acquisition, Refill Energy acquired IGNC’s revolutionary Downdraft Gasification Module fabricated by Petersen Inc. of Ogden Utah.

Refill Energy’s patented Downdraft Gasification technology provides significant advantages and is capable of producing large volumes of clean, renewable, non-global warming energy from the conversion of any carbon-based feedstock either solid or liquid, such as municipal solid waste (MSW), coal, sewage sludge, agriculture waste and carcasses to a flexible combination of electricity, steam, ethanol, fuels, chemicals and hydrogen. For each ton of Feedstock, the Refill Energy technologies can produce approximately 1+ Megawatt Hours (MWH) of electricity, or 100 Gallons (+/-) of useable fuels.
