RG Renovatio Group Limited Acquires Units of Transeastern Power Trust

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – July 31, 2015) – On July 24, 2015, RG Renovatio Group Limited (“Renovatio”) acquired ownership of an aggregate of 6,812,070 units (“Units”) of Transeastern Power Trust (“Transeastern”) in a treasury offering by the issuer in exchange for assets (the “Transaction”). The Units were acquired at a price of $1.00 per Unit. As a result of the Transaction, Renovatio owns an aggregate of 6,812,070 Units, representing approximately 26.65% of the issued and outstanding Units, on a non-diluted basis.
