Notice of Intention to Make a Normal Course Issuer Bid to Purchase Common Shares of Gendis Inc.

WINNIPEG, MB–(Marketwired – July 10, 2015) – Gendis Inc. (TSX: GDS) intends to purchase a maximum of 500,000 of its Common shares, being 3.9% percent of the 12,959,986 issued and outstanding Common shares as at June 30, 2015. Purchases may commence on July 16, 2015 and will terminate no later than July 15, 2016.
