Iberdrola´s Board of Trustees recognises, as a strategic goal, the need to pay permanent attention to the transparency of information, relationships with its shareholders and markets in general. These are governed by law, the Company’s Corporate Governance System and, in particular, by the internal guidelines regulating information and relations with shareholders and markets.
