Dresden / London. SOLARWATT AG (Dresden) is consolidating its activities in the UK. The German photovoltaic specialist will be exhibiting the SOLARWATT Easy-In System at the Ecobuild exhibition, where on its exhibition stand (North Hall, Stand N 3731) visitors will be able to experience the German tradition of high-quality products and craftsmanship for themselves.

High-performance, smart solar systems “Made in Germany”
As an in-roof solution, the SOLARWATT Easy-In System replaces roof slates or roof tiles whilst also generating environmentally-friendly and cheaper solar power. “Building developers in the UK are provided with a roof that pays for itself – and even twice over”, said Detlef Neuhaus, Chief Sales Officer of SOLARWATT. “On the one hand, in the case of a roof renovation or a new construction, customers will save the costs of the new covering and, on the other hand, Easy-In is MCS-certified and system operators can take advantage of the British feed-in tariff.”
SOLARWATT offers a ten-year product warranty for its in-roof solution, during which the German premium manufacturer guarantees that the modules supplied are free from material and processing defects which could have an impact on their operability. Linked to this is a 25-year performance warranty. The company only works with MCS-certified partners for installations.

Easy and time-efficient installation
The SOLARWATT Easy-In System was developed specifically for pitched roofs and does not require any additional mounting systems. This function is performed by the module frame, which is screwed to the roof batten with wind suction retainers. This saves materials and costs. This smart mounting system ensures that installations are easy, time-efficient and require very few tools.

“Made in Germany” delivers both aesthetic design and reliability
“The Easy-In Black design is particularly suitable for typical British pitched roofs. It blends in perfectly with the look of the roof”, continued Detlef Neuhaus. The sophisticated, high-quality design complements British architecture in a manner that is as stylish as it is discreet. “Our modules are exclusively produced in Germany and can withstand all weather conditions”, said SOLARWATT’s Chief Sales Officer. Easy-In satisfies all the technical standards for rain impermeability and fire protection as well as for the effects of wind and hail. Its integrated back ventilation also increases its efficiency and electricity yield.

SOLARWATT products are MCS-certified
Both the in-roof solution Easy-In and the SOLARWATT modules as well as all partners are certified in accordance with the MCS standard. This standard is a prerequisite for the sales and payment of solar systems in the UK. The British Board of Agrément (BBA) awards this approval seal for safety and quality and in the UK payments of the feed-in tariff are only effected when both the solar system and the installer are MCS-certified. SOLARWATT products and appointed dealers meet these prerequisites. “The highest quality standards are of the utmost importance to us and in the UK we place great importance on working together with loyal and reliable partners”, continued Detlef Neuhaus. “Customers benefit from our high-quality products and solutions.”
