Popular Articles

Experienced Consultant Daniel Borisewitz has joined SLR Consulting as a Senior Consultant.

Daniel, who will be based in SLR’s Edinburgh office, is tasked with working on energy production projects, from waste derived fuels to other forms of renewable energy generation.

Prior to joining SLR, Daniel worked for Scottish Renewables as a Bioenergy, Heat and Microgeneration Policy Manager. His responsibilities included the development of policy for renewable energy in Scotland as well as managing complex, technical or financial evidence gathering across a broad spectrum of technologies in the renewable sector.

He also has in-depth knowledge of the problems and practical working aspects of a range of renewable technologies from micro to macro – for example home heat from wood stoves to large incinerators.

Daniel said: “In my previous role I had frequent interaction with SLR through a stakeholder engagement group and was always impressed with the scope of knowledge within the company.

“I was looking to move away from policy work into a more technical role so it was great when the opportunity arose to join the company.”
