Clare Davey has joined the firm’s Harrogate office as a Junior Energy Specialist where she’ll support wind, hydro and biomass energy projects. Her work includes taking these projects through feasibility, design, planning, and construction, project managing external consultants, screening and scoping reports and assisting with option and lease negotiations.
Clare developed an interest in alternative energy whilst at Chester University and worked for a German-based wind developer as a project manager before joining Carter Jonas’ Northern team.
She said: “Carter Jonas has always been a firm at the forefront of the renewable energy agenda. Following my work in the field I’m delighted to be able to come into a firm with such expertise and understanding of the market place.”
