Clean energy investment of £125m in Shetland businesses

The construction of two major clean energy projects in Shetland has generated £125m for the local islands’ economy.

The scale of investment in Shetland’s supply chain comes as the projects prepare for full commercial operations to begin. SSE Renewables and SSEN Transmission developed the projects.
