The nonprofit American Council On Renewable Energy’s (ACORE) on November 5 released Renewable Energy in the 50 States: Western Region annual report, examining state energy programs, investment, and markets in the renewable energy sector in the 13 western states.
According to the report, in 2014, the states making up that region—Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming—attracted nearly half of the country’s combined venture capital, private equity, and asset finance …read more
