Erfurt/Munich, Germany – Bosch Solar Energy AG is showcasing its new PV app, the Bosch Solar Friend, at the Intersolar Europe event in Munich. The app can be used on your iPhone or iPad to calculate the expected energy yield from any rooftop solar power system, on the basis of the roof area involved, the module type and its orientation, all over the world. In addition to determining the expected yield and potential feed-in tariff, the PV app also calculates the resulting CO2 savings. Global reference objects and a detailed overview of the crystalline product range illustrate the choices available. At the same time, the Bosch Solar Friend provides a direct link to your local wholesaler or to Bosch Solar Energy.
