Aira, a Swedish clean energy technology company, has announced the launch of its new Aira Power range, which includes the Aira Power Hub and Aira Power Store. This launch represents a significant advancement in the company’s mission to provide affordable and accessible clean energy solutions for households across Europe. The new products are designed to work in conjunction with existing solar panels and Aira’s market-leading heat pump, creating a fully integrated home energy system that promises to reduce monthly energy bills by over 90%.
Peter Prem, CEO of Aira Group, emphasized the importance of this launch, stating that it empowers households to take control of their energy production, storage, and usage. The integrated system aims to address the challenges faced by consumers in a traditionally fragmented energy market, offering a seamless experience from installation to ongoing support.
The Aira Power Store functions as a battery, storing solar-generated energy or low-cost electricity from the grid, while the Aira Power Hub acts as an inverter, directing energy throughout the home. Together, these products optimize energy flow and usage, ensuring that households can maximize their savings and minimize reliance on the grid. The system also features Aira Intelligence, which learns household habits and incorporates smart technology to manage energy efficiently.
In an effort to make this technology accessible, Aira offers flexible monthly payment plans and long-term guarantees, allowing consumers to invest in their energy independence without significant upfront costs. This approach aligns with the growing demand for renewable energy solutions amid rising living costs and the ongoing energy transition in Europe.
The Aira Home Energy System is set to be available in Italy and the UK starting January 2026, with plans to expand to Germany later that year. Aira’s commitment to providing a comprehensive energy management solution positions it as a key player in Europe’s shift towards sustainable energy practices.
With the introduction of its new products, Aira aims not only to help consumers save on energy bills but also to contribute to the broader goal of decarbonizing the energy sector and enhancing energy security across the continent.
