Gasum has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Hærup Biogas ApS, marking a significant expansion of its biogas production portfolio. Netherlands-headquartered Mammoet has signed a contract with Buss Ports to handle the marshalling of the monopile foundations for RWE’s Nordseecluster A offshore wind project in Germany and the Thor wind farm in Denmark. Mammoet will manage the phased load-in, temporary storage, and load-out of 116 XXL monopiles for both offshore wind projects at Buss Terminal Eemshaven in the Netherlands.
