Enerray, Techno and Danfoss make 1 MW PV plant in Turkey a reality.
The 1 MW PV plant is being installed in the Adiyaman area, Turkey, and is powered by 58 TLX Pro+ inverters.
The Turkish company Tekno Ray Solar will install this state of the art plant, which is made up of two 500 kW ground-based PV systems totaling 1 MW. The solar park consists of 4000 250 Wp modules and will produce 1700 MWh per year, saving CO2 emissions of about 319238 kg per year. The installation is powered by 58 Danfoss TLX Pro+ 15 kW inverters that thanks to the 1000 V input range, 3 independent MPPTs and the innovative PV Sweep technology, will deliver maximum energy under all conditions. In addition, the Pro version, which is selected for the Turkish installation, will give the system operators a fully integrated monitoring system, as well as easy commissioning and use with the master functionality.
“Thanks to this great project Enerray will once again cement its efficiency and quality standards which have always been a part of the company’s philosophy. And the selection of Danfoss as a supplier is evidence of this strategy. Thanks to the joint venture with Tekno, Enerray is planning to realize up to 10 MW within the end of this year, confirming its leadership also in the Turkish market” says Michele Scandellari, General Director Enerray S.p.A.
“We are very proud to be cooperating with Enerray and Tekno Ray Solar in the realization of this important project – says Lorenzo Colombo, Country Manager Danfoss Solar Inverters Italy, “the selection of Danfoss’ 15 kW inverters for the first large scale installation in Turkey is evidence of the strength of our inverter and the sting inverter concept”.
The Turkish company Tekno Ray Solar, established in 2011, is a joint venture constituted by Enerray and Tekno. It is the culmination of a business relationship that started over 20 years ago, between Tekno Company and Maccaferri Industrial Group covering several industrial sectors.
